SN Anxiety (might ctb tonight)

I'm honestly kind of scared about taking SN tonight. I was going to wait a few days, but my mom is coming home early tomorrow so this is really my only chance. I won't have Benzos or antiemetics (no access to them)

Is it normal to switch between being scared and feeling calm??

If you haven't been fasting, I don't recommend taking SN on a whim. There is always more time to properly prepare. I don't want you to rush and do things haphazardly and harm yourself without getting the desired effect.

Please make sure you do this the right way. As the person above has said you dont want to not get your desired effect and then have more issues in your day to day. I wish the best for you OP

What's your relationship with your mom like? That'll be a rude awakening if she finds you.

agreeing with those above. if you haven't fasted, and otherwise prepared, it's not going to go the way you want. this isn't something that can be truly rushed unfortunately. please be mindful. meant with care. but I would say yes, emotion wise that sounds normal. please don't rush this if that's the space you might be in. we're here for you

In my experience, yeah, very normal to rapidly switch between feeling calm and dread. It's one of the reasons I haven't taken mine yet. The window of opportunity is so fleeting for me.

Yup... Checks out then. Basically my mom. Don't reccommend CTB though... Highly recommend cutting her out of your life though. You can't heal with that in the background, looking down on you.

I wanted to yesterday but ended up not going out to buy it because my brother let me come over.
