SN and Sleeping pills

I just ordered my SN off internet and have an appointment with the doctor to aquire my Meto prescription. Things are moving fast.

I was wondering, if I could take a sleeping pill, like before my SN shit so that by the time It starts kicking in, I can already get comfortable somewhere and fall asleep.

Any suggestions?

Like any other benzodiazepine you shouldn't take it more than 15 minutes before SN, because it could make effect very fast in an empty stomach and put you to sleep without having taken the poison.

If you couldn't get midazolam you can use lorazepam or alprazolam.
