SN and Olanzapine

Going to take 10mg Olanzapine and then the SN. Will take 1000mg of paracetamol with the Olanzapine. Not confident about all this but getting desperate.

Are you able to take Olanzapine in a lower dose or have a means of easily splitting the tablets in two? If you want the best chance of avoiding vomiting, follow the 48 hour regimen in Stan's Guide to SN.

I believe the max daily dosage you can make of Olanzapine is 20mg. So where in the guide it says take 10mg of meto, replace that with 5mg of Olanzapine. Then on the last batch where it says take 30mg of meto, replace that with 20mg of Olanzapine. Now Olanzapine does have sedative properties so admittedly taking 20mg on the last batch may be overkill and send you to sleep before you can take the SN, you can reduce that to 10mg if you prefer.

48 hour regimen recommended. Olanzapine has been proven to nearly instantly work with Nasuea, however, the longer Olanzapine builds in your system, the more this effect will intensify. 5mg is enough as it is, 10mg will be more then plenty. Be aware that Olanzapine is very powerful, so even if the dosage seems low, 10mg is actually reasonably high in anti psychotic terms. 20mg will be overkill, but if you're paranoid, you can.

Just be sure to take it 6 hours prior to the drink, as it peaks orally at 6h.
