Im going to try to pass with sn but I'm planning to get drunk first. I got prescribed antiemetics but not primperan or domperidone. I got prescribed a serotonin based one. I got prescribed acid reducers too. Any thoughts?

I'm so scared that it wont work, or it'll damage me and not kill me, or it'll be painful. But I'm sure a lot of other people feel the same.

I'm pretty sure the anti-emetic has to be a dopamine inhibitor, I've read the entire SN mega thread plus a bit more research. I haven't heard of any lasting damage from people who got found or called emergency services themselves as it is completely reversible. So if there was pain and it got too much and you changed your mind, you have the option of being saved. If they get to you in time of course, where I live the ambulance would take over 40 mins to an hour to get to me and that's if they left instantly from receiving the call which is highly unlikely. So I may be fucked anyway even if I had second thoughts, not sure of the time span of rescue or at what stage it's too late.
Also if it didn't work the first time, due to vomiting or whatever, the positive thing is they sell it in quantities of much more than you need so you should still have enough left for another attempt

Having a belly full of booze isn't the best ideas tbh. Even though alcohol does nothing to stop SN working, you might make it work slower because there is digestion going on already and really you want the SN to have priority and not competing with anything else. Nobody has reported in official medical journals about any lasting problems with SN poisoning. painful as it gets seems to be a dull headache brought on by the low blood pressure you get with the SN. People have reported in their goodbye posts that it wasn't awful. I would really spend time going through the megathread and looking at the list of member accounts brought together by @Neville1 . The @Funkygibbon story will give some satisfaction to those looking to see someone who went through the process TWICE

Good advice here. I know I personally would be much more likely to barf if I got plastered first.
Was @Funkygibbon the one who actually tried 3 times? First went out for a cig and got found by a neighbour, then vomited up the next lot, then final time wasn't heard from again

Yep, can't remember offhand if it was 2 or 3 times
weed is useful to reduce anxiety and has an antiemetic property as well

What if you just want to feel pleasure in your last moments? Does that really just mean you have to choose a different method like gas or heroin?

If you want to be able to go while indulging in your pleasures, I'd recommend the CO poisoning method. Once you've setup everything in motion, you can do whatever you want as long you're able to breathe. So yeah, you'd have to choose something else than SN which requires a strict regimen to avoid failure.

Looking at some experiences CO poisoning can be very painful.
