What does it say above the "Water: 52.5%" markings where it says "Sodium Nitrite"? Or, does it only say, "Sodium Nitrite"?

It's NaNO2 98% pure you can see above Water:52.5% iam not sure that's normal ?

In China there are plenty of misprints, grammar errors etc. Just get or buy aquarium water test strips follow vizzys guide for dilution and testing for nitrite to check purity. There's a way to know if its >95% pure. The 52.5 water is wrong, nitrite exposed to water for a long time will breakdown to nitrate. It isn't a liquid inside the bag right?
