SN 4y old - What to expect?

I got SN like 2022, which said it was a 2021 product. I didn't need to use it. Waited for health and stuff to get bad enough. Got there now., Want to go this week. So, is this - legit seller afaik - going to work? Do I need take more? I'm about 230 lbs.
This is from India. IBK site.
If I order again, 2 weeks wait. Can't take the agony. Need go now.
Also, how much pain is involved? And the retching, throwing up and such? Thought allergy pills or such suppressed that?
SN is my only option given health and Nembutal is a pipe dream. Exit bag is fine but cannot arrange it, not with my limitations.

I think the standard dose is more than enoguh to ensure success. It it was properly stored and sealed i think everything will be ok.

Yeah i have a similar issue, i got my SN about 6 years ago when it was easier to get hold of, now it is technically out of date but it is my only option

6 years huh? I kept replacing the SN in my kit every 2 years while watching what happened with my health and stuff. Then, last year it seemed I'd made it. Didn't replenish. Things nose-dived last month and I said enough is enough. Now suddenly SN is tough to get... it's nuts.

So if I bought some recently with no issues, should I be suspicious that it's too good to be true? Thoughts?

Depends where you're from. Im European, got it really easy through the internet (it was legit)
