Hi friends,

Yesterday I bottled up and did it - I took a gamble and I ordered SN. I'm very anxious right now, as many things during the international delivery process could go wrong. However, i'm trying to remain hopeful and patient because SN is finally on its way.

anyways, I had a small question regarding the use of anti-ematics during a SN-based suicide. The megathread says that they are required. However, these medicines are not OTC and thus require a prescription which is hard to get. That's why I was wondering: how necessary are they? You see, I'm a quite small person (1,75cm / 52KG / 17BMI) so I reckon that if I were to take say double the required amount (30 grams) that I could still die, even if I puke some of it out. Is this a possibility, or not?

Thanks in advance,
me

How do you weigh all these substances? I have to buy some scales it seems. Is it possible to do this without scales?

The PPH says vomiting is unlikely. Also you can get dramamine as an OTC antiemetic if you're concerned.

The use of an antiemetic is important. Whilst the main one used is meto, Domperidone shouldn't be overlooked as an alternative.

In addition to being antiemetics, they both possess gastro-prokinetic properties, which means that they speed up the rate of gastric emptying, so that if you do vomit, your stomach will be empty as the contents will already have passed to the intestine (which is where absorption of the drug will occur).

@pane has provided some sources for meto whilst I've been composing this post. PPeH 2019 says vomiting is possible and recommends a stat dose of 3x10mg meto 30 mins prior to ingesting the SN. Depending on which country you live, Domperidone may be available OTC (brand name Motilium). Same dosage I believe. Should be available OTC in the following countries: Egypt, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Africa, Switzerland, China, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Mexico, Thailand, Malta, South Korea, and Romania.

Apparently a few people on here vomited with no antiemetics. If you're taking a much bigger dose of sn you're increasing the likely hood of vomiting. Is there no chance you could get what has been mentioned in the above posts?

"" If you're taking a much bigger dose of sn you're increasing the likely hood of vomiting. Is there no chance you could get what has been mentioned in the above posts?" - this is why I hesitate between taking 15gr vs 20gr (I have antiE, but stomach issues, often vomit)

Better you get some antiemetics and you don't need be anxious because you ordered the SN as long you ordered inside the eu there should be really no problem.

I hope you find what works for you.

don't want to take too much but I am very big at 350 pounds. Will 15 grams be enough? I don't want to risk vomiting with too much or fail with too little.

Skipping anti-emetics isn't recommended. If prescription is your worry, try buying them online as mentioned in the SN megathread.

If I fast for a day before taking SN, will that speed up the process of absorption as well?
It may say whatever, but that's wrong.
would you not recommend dramamine then?

I wouldn't. Only dopamine blockers like Metoclopramide and Domperidone are recommended.
OTC might help a bit but not to the extent we want.
If you want to do it with OTC you'll need to have more SN ready to drink after vomiting in order to make sure.
But really I wouldn't do it without meto. Meto not only stops vomit it also helps rapidly absorb sn.

What Superflouos said. You really need meto or the other one she mentioned. You're not just taking them not to vomit, it's to help the absorption. Then you take Tagamet or ranitidine to speed up the whole process. You're basically doing a chemical experiment on your body that you don't want to fail. All the elements work together to bring a relatively quick, peaceful death.

I threw up after ingesting what I estimate to be 5g of SN as a para-suicidal gesture. Proper anti-emetics seem to be a must.

Didn't you make a thread as well? I read everything about SN, because right now that's my chosen method. I'm scared to try it, but don't have funds for N.

I either made one or posted in one, I don't remember. Going with only 5 g was stupid, but I did it mostly on impulse -mixed a couple of teaspoonfuls in water and swallowed it. For what it's worth here's what happened: after 30-40 minutes I was showing signs of cyanosis (bluish fingernails and lips), had increased heart rate and was feeling generally/unspecifically sick, although I felt no pain. I lied down and didn't pass out but was drowsy. After probably another 30 min, I went to the bathroom and vomited violently 5-6 times. I then had a moderate headache and went to sleep. In the morning I went to work. I looked terrible -puffy, with pretty bad coloring.
Again, it was stupid -all the more so because I do have meto.
The only remotely helpful things I can say are:
-Even a small dose will probably make you throw up without anti-emetics
-It does seem to be an effective method as even that small dose caused visible cyanosis
-There's no real pain with small doses

They aren't necessary in the Wiki here. I would want them for comfort and peace of mind, but I don't think I can pull off getting them. So I will just try to get through. I imagine it would do a lot to reduce the fear and anxiety.

You don't need a prescription with any of the websites I listed earlier: Aĺldaychemist, Bonanza, Inhouse pharmacy, India mart, E-bay, Amazon.

Tagamet you can OTC from the Walmart website and most likely any local drug store or supermarket in your area.

One addition to this post: Metoclopramide is usually sold under the trade name "Primperan" (and possibly a couple others I'm not aware of) so if you search on any of the sites I listed make sure to use both drug names to find it.

Promethazine will help to a degree and otc in UK. Suffering with anxiety I find promethazine has helped me relax and sleep better than benzo at times.
