I'm not drinking daily anymore. Last week I had 3-4 days being sober and I didn't mind it at all. In the past I could barely resist one day without drinking. It's been 3 months since I started my second alcohol addiction and it's interesting, because, I got out of my first addiction also after 3 months.

I don't know what to say about it and how did this even happen, but it's nice to not have hangover daily, the lightheadedness was the worst.

How did you do it? I struggle with drinking daily to function myself. I don't really get hangovers but it gives me some wicked heartburn at times.

I have no clue how it happened this time, but first time I got out of it after I started having some health problems.

I guess it's me being disgusted with everything at this point and I prefer sleep much more but nowadays I can't sleep more than 3-4 hours and I have a really hard time falling asleep. The most I slept was last Saturday which was 7 hours.
