Does anyone know any poisons/everyday objects that can kill you/complicate things in your body enough to kill you later?
It'd be better if they show few symptoms, but it's okay if the poisons are not very obvious and easily detectable in terms of symptoms. Or if they only show symptoms once it's too late.
I can't really move out of the house (I'm not disabled in an hour way, but still), so it'd be better if the suggestions are not particularly hard to obtain.
(So don't suggest cyanide or Mercury to me)

There are not many easy to find plants that would match your description, most have some kind of antidote too.

Fungi, on the other hand, has blessed us with a few species we don't know how to stop and most of them are toxic to an extent. If I had to pick one, it would be a destroying angel. These and other Amanita contain a deadly poison 'amatoxin', which presents with few or no symptoms for the first 6-24 hours at which point you have achieved irreversible damage to both your liver a kidneys, then it's a day or more til you die, depending on the level of medical intervention.

Honestly though, it's not the best way to head out for a few reasons:
It'll hurt a lot and if your family get you to a hospital within the first 12 hours you'll probably die still but it could be a realllly drawn out death if they're trying to keep you alive.
Linked to that is fungi are hard to identify and both they and plants will vary in toxin level between individuals, so it can be hard to dose right.

This is without mentioning how hard it can be to find what you want (winter months are best for fungi hunting though, since the vegetation clears up)
It might also take you days of searching for a single mushroom, only for you to find out it was an edible kind anyway.

Negatives aside, if I were looking for a sly exit with fungi I would go on a short camping trip, as the woods is away from medical intervention and it's where the goods are at. Otherwise, the chances of intervention and consequential prolonging of death or leaving you alive and needing a transplant are too high.

Hope this helped inform and here's a pic of some deadly boys I found back in November, was pretty chuffed to see 3 together

Try naming a hundred items. I might be able to scrounge it from somewhere.
But it you insist, I am sure to have the following:-
Ballpoint and fountain pens
Salt, sugar, baking soda, coffee, ice, most of the kitchen stuff
Methylene blue (90ml) and (any one of, which one, I'm not sure) formaldehyde or malachite green(the aquarium variety) 100ml
Camphor (the exam amount depends, but I could very

The woods isn't nearby where I live. Also, I have never heard of mushrooms (wild mushrooms at least) being common or even heard of where I live :'(

an ounce of formaldehyde ingested will kill a human. I just read that on newsweek.

That's a big darn, I'd have offed myself already if I didn't have comfy woodland to explore

Good luck finding what you're looking for though, I can't think of any pleasant household things that would match your bill; maybe getting hold of opiates and a liter of vodka could be the way forward

Dying from liver- or kidney-collapse is extremely painfull, my friend. I learned this while doing research on paracetamol.

Antifreeze (ethylene glycol), otherwise known as Coolant for your car. Very reliable and it will get the job done for sure, lots of evidence about how many deaths it has been involved in historically... if you don't call for help or get 'saved'.
Clinically evident toxicity is usually seen with ingestion of 1 g/kg (approximately 2.6 oz in a 75 kg person)

But does it work quickly or is it slow and painful?

As far as I know anti-freeze (ethylene glycol) is very slow and extremely painful... but that wasn't the question.

OP asked for a slow but sure poison that's readily available. It's a very reliable option, that's cheap and easily available. Not my preference but it does cover what OP asked for.
