Help Sleeping pills

Is there a certain sleeping pill that will shut my mind off so that I can have just one good nights sleep. please give me suggestions on what has worked for you.

I threw out the pill bottle but I believe It was zopiclone. If that sounds right. It didn't seem to do anything for me

Melatonin and mirtazapine works for me.

Seroquel helps a lot of people. It can give you mad weight gain though.

I've tried zopiclone, ambien, diazepam and ambien wins. Be warned it's highly addictive.
CBD oil also good with magnesium

Valium comes to mind, but you will need a doctor's prescription. On a natural basis, try lavender oil, the scent will make you sleepy.

That is the trouble with any med, take it too often too long and the effects will decrease.

There is an herbal brand called "Deep Sleep" that works really well.

You're going to build a tolerance up to any sleeping pill so just be prepared for that.

Not the case with melatonin. Idk about other pills though

Trazadone works well for me for about a week. Then I double the dose for about a week, then I have to use other stuff for at least a month so my tolerance to Trazadone will go back down.
I suggest avoiding ambien if you drink and extra especially if you get addicted to things that make you feel high. I could tell you some personal horror stories. Lots of ambien users can.
