I know people say that benzos/z-drugs aren't a reliable method; however, I'm in extremely poor health (underweight, poor adrenal function etc. .. I can barely speak, climb up the stairs etc) and do believe that a sleeping pill OD will likely be enough to kill me: https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/5ed4/0519f326953153590b66c0260bb99024dfd8.pdf
It's getting hard to hold on and I keep toying with the idea of ingesting a box of Zopiclone (I have 27 x 7.5mg pills). However, I did have some questions:
1. Would this be 'peaceful' akin to an opiod OD, insofar as I'd just fall asleep and stop breathing? Or does a z-drug mean I'd likely hallucinate, become agitated etc.? I'm also wondering if there would be any behavioral signs that would alert my sleeping family?
2. Is vomiting a risk? Would it be better with/without food? Would alcohol increase the risk of vomiting? What about snorting it?
3. Is brain damage a risk if found?
