People ask a lot about taking sleeping pills with SN. But if I took SN and fell asleep naturally would the effects of SN wake me up? Or would I drift into unconsciousness and die? What are the physical effects of taking SN? Does it increase or lower your heart rate?

The avg. time until people pass out after ingestion of SN (according to GBTs) is about 15 minutes - then people usually stop responding. SN can have effect on your heart rate which will increase due to lack of oxygen carried in the your blood. However, even if Benzos are used you probably don't pass out bc of the Benzos kicking in you pass out long before bc of the SN effects.

I have trazadone I might include some in the plan early enough just to feel drowsy to begin with. Don't think it will do anything when enough SN is absorbed your out regardless.

I have read multiple reports where people failed their SN attempts because they vomited in their sleep. Because they were unconscious, they were unable to take the (in this case) necessary second dose.

So while it would be nice to be able to sleep through the unpleasant symptoms, it may happen that one could fail because of it.

In this case the person does not die from suffocation in their vomit?

I kind of figured I'd need to be a bit sedated but not too much in case I needed to drink more.

Trazadone also has the benefit of acting as an anti emetic so lowers chances of vomiting by drying up stomach secretions🌹💔

How high is the failure rate due to vomiting? Pph recommends quite a large dose of Benzos after taking the SN. You don't think this is taken into account?

Since your stomach is empty it would be a very small amount of vomit. I don't think it'd be enough to "drown" you.

Do you have any links to these failures? I've read if you keep it down for at least 10 minutes, it's likely enough has been absorbed that vomiting wouldn't change the outcome. Interested to see if these cases used benzos or something else to sedate themselves.

From what I've heard on this forum from others there's a high chance of some vomiting but if enough of the SN is already in your blood vomiting may not matter much.🌹💔

I do not have the link to the posts but I do remember that they all used sedative drugs. Most likely this benzos that you mentioned.

I also remember them taking sedatives way too early and falling asleep even before being able to drink the SN.

If you have trazodone, I suggest you take it 45 minutes before taking the SN. I took trazodone for years, it took me at least one hour to fall asleep on it, but I do suffer from insomnia, not even benzos cand make fall asleep.
Only as a suggestion, if you have the possibility, I suggest you try mirtazapine, I find it a bit better than trazodone

I have insomnia as well I take 100mg and I'm usually out within 1.5 hours as long as I take it at an appropriate time. Too early and it does nothing. Ty

I did not know that. I'm on a 450mg dose of that. Might need to take less or I'll be out like a light!
