Probably b/c anhedonia.

I'll watch 5 mins of a movie. Change to a different movie for 5 mins., switch to show for another 5 mins. Go lay down in bed for 5 minutes. Read for 5 minutes. Browse SS for 5 mins. Practice guitar for 5 mins. Other miscellaneous hobbies or tasks. And repeat.

It wasn't always like this.
Nothing seems good, that's why the constant rotation. Hoping to land on something but can't find it and not sure if it exists for me right now.

Does anhedonia pass like manic or depressive episodes? How long does it last?

You can get it to pass. You need to starve yourself of the stimulus.

There is a quote distance makes the heart grow fonder. You need to place time and distance between yourself and the stimulus. When you do this you can often feel the initial rush of the first times again

You bounce between drugs , sex , video games , alcohol, exercise. Whatever it is you are doing maybe try something you normally hate but would be considered "productive" by normies put your mind to it . Then after doing that for ages you'll burn out on it and can go back to hedonic activity

Exact same situation here, nothing absolutely NOTHING brings me joy anymore, I switch from guitar to browsing the internet to drinking coffee to chores to video games to movies to tv shows to anything I can think of in the span of half an hour. Nothing lasts more than a few minutes, I used to spend 2-3 hours on guitar alone. Now I can barely look at it knowing it's absolutely meaningless anyway.

IMO, you NEED to finish whatever you start. I have this problem. FIGHT it. Finish the 21min podcast without switching to anything else. I believe this is caused by excessive phone usage or depression, or both.

I do not enjoy anything and I struggle to concentrate as well. All that life is, is just distracting ourselves until we die. It is all so pointless to me. Life does not interest me at all, I prefer the sound of non existence.

Same here--All of my interests I find 99% less enjoyable since she died---Used to listen to music all the time, now I foresee zero music listening anymore for myself--no more day trips, no more long trips

Repetition is boring but it's all we've done under the sky all of these time. Space travel even doesn't really excite me, none but wasting time

Space means nothing unless that James Webb telescope finds Oxygen/Methane in the atmosphere of an exoplanet(meaning life exists there on the planet)---First one released today by NASA detected water but the planet's temp is 1000 degrees, lifeless like Jupiter
