When emotions aside, we are just pathetic animals who is trying to survive. But the point is, there is no good ending and our body will deteriorating and we will die in suffer.

I feel like I am trapped, I know my SI is trying to keep me alive but there is no meaning for me to stay alive. I will work, eat and sleep until I die. Also the process is not that easy, we put a lot of pressure, anxiety, pain.

I think the biggest problem is not the society, the biggest problem is the nature and nature wants us to suffer in pain until we die, my suicide will be most rational decision in my life.

I see a lot of old people around, they have poor health and still trying to survive due to their SI. Most of them are aggressive and hateful but I can't accuse them, because their pain is real, some of them even still working to not starve, some of them are wishing god to take their life and end their suffering.

Although I am pretty young, life is tough and meaningless. If I was older, I'd go crazy in my deteriorating body.

We don't know the future, everything is uncertain or unpredictable and living life is a gambling at this point.

Sorry to disagree, it's the society and current system that make suicide hard.

You see for a bunk of elders who got their ticket for assisted suicide, survival instinct doesn't seem a barrier at all to them; When they had the money and medical papers ready, all they have to do is choose when and how. I rarely heard one that steps back in vain.

Survival instinct becomes barrier because we can't get access to euthanasia and assisted suicide, we have little to no knowledge about drugs and technicalities, we're experimenting on our selves what should have been better done by professional if only euthanasia and assisted suicide is legal and respected.

The OP meant that it isn't society that makes life painful, but that life itself is painful by nature.

I think that for me the main thing that holds me back from ctb is the lack of peaceful way to exit, and the fear of failure. I do think that if euthanasia was available for us all, then the SI would be less of an issue. Of course it is frustrating that even know we want to die, we are all programmed to survive. Dying really should be easier.

We have already suffered enough in life, so we should not have to suffer when we are trying to leave this world. I see no point to living personally, and no reason to endure this life when instead I could be peacefully not existing. It is sad how so many people are trapped in this life, suffering so much, feeling like they are unable to leave when all that they want is to be gone.
