Discussion Should the autopsy show it is suicide if I bloodlet myself daily to cause severe anemia and dead by heart failure?

Or would they just say heart failure on the report, without questioning the cause of the anemia from nowhere?

I know it is not the job for them to figure out if it is suicide or natural cause. Just like to know is it likely for them to go deep; or they would do it lazily so my dirty little secret would be sealed dead.


Further information:
I am not a cutter, so there would be no cut they can find.
And as a regular blood donor, a few old bloodlet puncture wounds would be reasonable.

Once considered about a classic wrist slit, but found out how hard it is to actually work. So I moved to other possible methods.
I had been a bloodletting on and off for one year now, it was good there is almost no traceable mark and I am getting really good that it.

ps. Enjoy the feeling of blood lost both emotionally and physically.

If there's an autopsy they'll be able to see your cuts and/or puncture wounds, even subtle ones. What they'll do with this information will depend on your country, I imagine.

And those few puncture wounds would be reasonable as I am a regular blood donor. New fresh pokes may gave away tho.

I always wondered if it would be realistic to bleed out by inserting a blood draw needle and having it either be suctioned out or just drain out, or if the blood would clot and halt the process.

I suspect suction would work and draining would not.

It is not.
Even without clotting, the bleeding would stop when your blood pressure got too low. So it is nearly impossible to just blood draw needle yourself and drain to dead in one go.

That would be pretty uncomfortable to tie yourself up and stay in a still position in case the hypovolemic shock hit?

Why would you have to tie yourself up? Does blood loss cause seizures?
And FYI, I'm completely serious in my wondering, in case it looks like I'm trolling. I promise I'm not.

good thing about slow method is that it is easier to talk ppl out if we fail. I don't plan to be lock up in the ward for days if I survived.

Yess exactly!! Plus it looks natural which is one of my main goals. It is probably less painful for the ones that stay aswell.

Are you sure that's the method you want to use? I think that's too much suffering. I've had severe heart failure before due to excessive bleeding. In the end I couldn't barely lift my hand without feeling extremely tired. Plus you'll have tormenting arrhythmia and pulmonary edema. I barely could breath and felt suffocating due to water in my lungs. It's agonizing.

Puncture marks (no matter how small) will appear on an autopsy. You can see needle marks in autopsy in photos which tend to appear red/purple post-mortem.

I still have time to see if i find can any better way to exit. It is annoying when one don't want the last minutes to be too ugly and messy.

I'm not telling you what to do, but as mentioned, it will be extremely painful. Maybe look at the resources section for a more peaceful method? Are there specific circumstances which would prevent you from trying a different method?

mm... but I also heard many bloodletters got told by doctors that they would have a sudden death in a week by stoke or heart attack, for how low their blood oxygen levels were.
It would be a blessing if it happen to me.
