Help Should I take Tylenol with muscle relaxants?

I bought 80 Tylenol pills and it has 500mg acetaminophen and 400mg of methocarbamol each. Should I wait until I get the chance to buy straight muscle relaxants or take them the ones I have right now to avoid liver pain?

You won't avoid pain. This would be an awful way to go, well... assuming it kills you at all. I would recommend seeking a different option.

Are you trying to overdose on Tylenol, because if so I would highly discourage that. I've tried it before and I was vomiting too much to get enough of the pills down, plus it was probably some of the worst pain I've been through. Even if I had succeeded, it would have taken days for me to die. So if you are serious about CTB, please look into some other options.

They do not sell pills that will kill anyone. Nothing over the counter without a prescription will kill you.
Those cause severe liver damage in large amounts. It's very painful.
