Discussion Should i take SN without something to prevent vomiting

SN seems like the perfect method, but idk if I can get something to prevent me from vomiting, could this method still work with SN alone and do u it's worth trying cause I really just wanna die already

Yes, it will most likely work as long as you can keep it down for a couple minutes. You can have a second "serving" if you feel it came up too quickly. I hope you're doing ok and have thought this decision through though! We're all here for you.

Okay so i probably will take the SN alone, and yeah i have thought this through, tbh ive thought about it way too much, death is all i think about, but hopefully this works, thank you so much!
