In the title, I just want to know what might make me less nauseous so i don't throw up. I'm tryna sedate myself. I plan to MAYBE take 2 seroquel pills as well it's a small dose i can't remember how much though.
Do y'all think it would be better to space out the promethazine throughout the day or take it all at once? I might take like maybe 200/300mg but still need to figure it out. I just want to pass out in the bathtub without even realising. Pls help
