Venting Shitty teeth and depression

One of the reasons I want to off myself is my dental situation. I have rather large teeth and they're fucked to hell due to shitty doctors and the depression I've suffered from for the most part of my life. Back then I neither had the energy nor the interest in taking care of anything body-related so I neglected them and now they look like garbage. I'm incredibly embarrassed by them. I hate laughing and smiling. There's nothing that can fix this and if you have trash teeth people will treat you a bit worse.

This seems to be very common with people who have been very depressed for a long time though. A lot of us seem to neglect our teeth. Anyone else here the same? I find the knowledge I'm not the only one with a mouth full of trash teeth almost comforting.

My teeth look good, but are full of cavities and I will probably lose them early.

I have lost two of my teeth that just slowly broke off.I've had a root canal and a few cavities. I probably need the two that broke off surgically extracted.

My teeth arent disgusting to look at, but not pleasant either. What bothers me about my teeth is that im im genetically screwed. Both my parents have dental issues and one of them has had several very painful operations. Ive had a bad time with dentists so far in my life and the future doesnt seem any better in terms of adventures with dentists. Dental operations are so painful to me even thinking about them creeps me out. Life is like a lottery, if youve got bad genetics well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah. I'm convinced quite a bit of happiness comes from having luck when it comes to the genetic lottery.

Dentists told me I need Invisalign but I refuse to pay for how much they are.

Yep, my teeth are one thing that affects my confidence massively, keeps me indoors and stops me from socialising at all. Even when I'm laughing and joking with my family I'm conscious of my teeth every second. I found I could get braces for like £40 a month but my mother controls my money and basically said "no" even though it's legally my money just going into her bank account lol.

I've completely stopped brushing my teeth (It's been a month this week) and I want my teeth to completely rot in my mouth so that they'll have to schedule emergency surgery. I'm eating as much sugary food as possible

Have you looked into dental implants?

My teeth are ok, average cavities and stuff, but straight teeth from birth.
Maybe the color isn't ok because of coffee and tea.

I know some depression pills give problems because they reduce the saliva flow.
