Discussion Severe Anhedonia

Anyone else suffer with severe Anhedonia? I genuinely don't enjoy anything anymore except blind hedonism and getting inebriated. There's no games I enjoy, music irritates me mostly, i don't watch anything. I've also become very sensitive to sound and the cold. I suspect these are a symptoms of severe depression.

I have this too. I don't enjoy doing anything anymore. It's probably down to my undiagnosed depression. I just think that life is meaningless and nothing "sparks joy" for me anymore. I don't even engage in my hobbies anymore (listening to music, etc) because nothing brings me happiness. I feel empty and like there's a void inside me
