Seroquel plus short suspension

I'm looking to exit tonight maybe, I have about 1000+ mgs of seroquel I know seroquel on its own isn't effective but what if I took the seroquel and was in position to hang when I pass out? I feel like it'd be effective because the seroquel would have me too sedated to react or save myself.
