What's your poison?
Note; it doesn't have to be a substance. Some people use Food, porn, sex, you can even be addicted to depression, Facebook, even suicidal ideation, medications

I'll go first. For me it's been drugs.

I'm on methadone maintenance, I quit things like cocaine and heroin, I love cannabis. Love DMT as it rele changed my Outlook on life, death, and suicide
Also hooked on meds I suppose.
My meds list is pretty long, I am bipolar as I've had multiple manic episodes where I lost control and ended up in the hospital.

I take gabapentin, Seroquel, remeron, zyprexa, clonidine, depakote, and Dexedrine everyday.
It's a hell of a cocktail I suppose but I have been more balanced than ever before to where I can function each and everyday without being locked in my head while my life goes to shit.

If anyone has any questions about meds or my meds I can tell you my experience, I've been a guinea pig for 20 years and been on just about everything.

And if you don't wanna share I hope you find peace in your day.

I used to self medicate with coffee, then alcohol, then marijuana, all of em stopped working so now I self medicate by trying to sleep as long as possible.

What the hell. I took seroquel at one point and I stopped eating because it made me so nauseous, I can't imagine taking all of those at once.

I'm surprised usually Seroquel makes you hungry not nauseous.doctors sometimes don't know what the hell they are doing and start people on a high dose. Just goes to show you everyone is defferent
