Help Self harm methods- no access to usual stuff.

I'm currently on a psych ward (more depressed than I have been for years thanks to this shit) and I'm at that point where I need to self harm to save my sanity.
It's horrible because I'd actually been clean for months but being in here is breaking me in any and every way you can imagine.
I've been scratching at my arm with a pen lid and will probably punch the shit out of myself tonight once I'm alone in my room.
Does anyone have any other ideas of ways I could self harm whilst on the ward?
I think the main thing I'm craving right now is blood but have basically given up on the idea of being able to find a way to do so whilst I'm in this prison.

I have no access to blades or anything metal/sharp.

I'd be okay if I was actually getting some help but I'm basically just locked in a box being constantly reminded of what I did and made to explain why I decided to kill myself (great idea to help keep someone in that suicidal mindset I guess).

This place is fucked and now so am I.
Please help if you have any ideas! (I did try and search the site but couldn't mind anything so feel free to link if there are previous threads I failed to find- thank you).
