Help Seeking advice on SN regimen

I haven't set a date. I deleted my previous regimen thread for several reasons, so here's a slightly revised version.

24 or more hours before - Begin fasting.
• I don't know if it's really necessary to fast for this long, but I feel like it may take my stomach longer to empty than most and I can probably handle it with my lack of appetite. It couldn't hurt to fast longer, right?

2 or more hours before - Stop drinking.
• Can I take water with the pills? I can swallow pills without water, but there might be some downsides to doing that.

Take 30mg(6 x 5mg) metoclopramide.
• Should this be taken 45 minutes or 1 hour before SN?

30 minutes before - Take Tagamet
• 400mg or 800mg?

Take at least 20g SN in 50ml water and lay down.
• I'd consider myself a lightweight, I'd assume anywhere between 20g-25g is fine? I'll probably use a scale, but just in case: one level tbsp and one level tsp should be around 20g-25g, right?

I have Ibuprofen and Trazodone. I heard Ibuprofen is bad to take on an empty stomach and Trazodone doesn't mix well with meto. What do you think, leave them out?

I read it of course, but I've also read things that go against it and I'd rather not go off of what just one person says.

The peaceful pill handbook says to take meto 40 min before sn. Stan's guide says 45. I will follow Stan's guide personally. I will definitely weigh sn with a small portable scale that I bought off of amazon for $12.

You don't need to fast for 24 hrs necessarily. You know yourself better than anyone else, so if you don't feel very hungry until 24 hours after your last meal, then fast for 24 hrs. Personally, I think id me more likely to vomit if I fasted too long, because it'd make me sick and my stomach would me pretty empty. Generally, 8 hours will be enough. I plan to fast for ~6, since I get very hungry faster than many others do.

I'm sorry, I don't know about the Tagamet. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Yes, you can drink water beforehand, and 20-25 g SN in 50 ml of water is enough. Have another dose ready tho in case u vomit the first one

I'm not sure how long it takes for my stomach to empty; It's just that I can't feel hunger and I don't know what the cause of that is, so I figured the longer I fast the better. If that can make you more likely to vomit though, then I'm not sure...

I think you only need to fast for 12 hours?

I wouldn't take ibuprofen on an empty stomach. its definately not advised,could definately increase the chances of being sick

Sn= Sodium nitrite. Have you ever heard of pentobarbital(Nembutal brand name)? It's often used to euthanize animals that are suffering, such as a dog. Sn is basically a less peaceful alternative...it's used instead because it's legal to obtain sn in most countries and it's generally fairly peaceful. It also usually leaves little to no permanent damage if you're found early and treated, unlike hanging(for example). If you look through this link: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/suicide-resource-compilation.3/ , you will find Stan's guide, which tells you what you need for this method. I highly recommend that you research into methods before you decide on one, to see which best suites your situation. Please be sure that you truly 100% want to die before you attempt anything. FYI, if you were to decide on sn as a method, please DO NOT 'test' it on yourself no matter what. Many members make posts of doing this, such as taking 1 gram to test it. This is very dangerous(NOT in a 'good' self harm kind of way).

8 hours is actually on the high end for how long food stays in the stomach. The guide suggests 8 hours to ensure that the stomach is as empty as possible. It very likely will be empty in less than 8 hours.

Stan's guide says to take double the amount of antacids the package says to take. The Tagamet dosage in 200mg, so double that is 400mg. But the wiki says to take 800mg.
