sealing a room for CO

I'm doing it in a bathroom, I need to seal a door, 2 vents and some smaller stuff, whats a good material to seal it? all I have is ductape

I had bought Great Stuff Pro 14 fireproof foam and gun to seal off a room before I changed methods. I got them on Amazon.
