Forcible hospitalisation is awful.. especially when they force you to take psych medications, Hopefully you'll be back home soon. Are you in there because you spoke to someone in the hotline about being suicidal?

That is really horrific, I believe that people should never ring the pro suffering suicide hotlines, they are useless anyway, it's disgusting and inhumane how people force suicidal people into hospitals. It just proves that this world certainly is hell. The people who work for hotlines could never care, instead they just want suicidal people to suffer more.

I have called a hotline before when I was experiencing an episode. I was met with a woman who didn't really seem interested to be on the call. I felt more like a number, rather than a person, to meet a certain quota or something. I immediately hung up the phone without really elaborating and I'm glad I didn't. I'm sorry to hear your experience.

i tried to called 2 hotlines and neither picked up.
