The days are genuine torture. Distractions rarely work anymore it's just a mental flying at all waking moments. I plan to be gone very soon

Living in such a grotesque world is definitely unbearable. I wish we all had access to safer more reliable ways to CTB. Feeling and being trapped is so horrible.

I cry hysterically at moments throughout the day, every single day. I live in very severe pain and it tortures me. Someone lives below me and just hope they can't hear it

I try not to do this since I live in an apt complex, but ever since my diagnoses just before the pandemic and gradually losing touch with everyone as they realized I wasn't getting better, I've exploded 2-3 times a year. Thankfully all I ever got was noise complaints through the office management with no police involvement. I stopped having the energy to scream though since about 10 months ago, though.

Isn't it horrid that you can't just scream your head off without worrying for goodness sake. That's the good thing about a car. I get why you can't where you live. I'd prob be the same thinking wtf, shut up without really appreciating what's going on with that person.
