Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This was allowed by third party websites and apps before 2019, but facebook stopped that, what can i do to schedule a post to my personal facebook account? websites can do that for your pages or groups but not your personal fb account
You used to be able to make Facebook statuses via text message. I'm not sure if you can do so anymore, but it's worth looking into.
If so, you may be able to schedule a text message to post to your Facebook page. I know you can schedule texts on Android phones.

If you have a laptop or pc you could download a macro program. There are many. Autohotkey is pretty popular with IT pros. There are probably easier to learn ones out there. Anyway all you need it to do program the macro to click the post button at a certain time. Probably a few hours after you ctb. Type up your post and leave it on the screen and the mouse cursor over the post button. You will need to do a few test runs to make sure that it works, that the screensaver doesn't come on, the cat doesn't move the mouse, the powersave mode doesn't come on, some stupid popups don't decide to come up on occasion blocking, etc.
