ok so i was going to put this under off topic but for those that dont have money maybe the outcome of this can help. im not sure exactly what the answer is going to be though so i guess we will see.

this says the active ingredient is allium cepa, aka the common onion. im not a doctor nor the person that makes meds or anything but if im reading this right. an active ingredient is the thing that makes you better and the rest is just like fillers and stuff right? therefore couldnt you just go to the grocery store, buy an onion and rub it on your scars to get rid of them?

Does it even work? There' generally nothing you can do for scars or stretch marks. Nothing that works anyway.

It seems to be working. I've only used it for a few days.

I think the active ingredient is an extract from onion that's been formulated in a lab in a specific way which is why simply rubbing an onion on your skin doesn't work.

I used the mederma cream for a while and I think it helped the healing along a little. But once the scar is set after a few years I don't think there is much you can do.

Best of luck

heard it's silicone that helps the most.

I had never heard of this onion thing until now, but apparently onions can take away the redness (supposably acts like bleach) so there are products that contain onion extract. Can't imagine a whole onion working, but you can use onion juice. Might smell real bad tho
