Hey guys I'm new and I'm not really entirely sure how to use this website so I'm sorry if i mess up something or post in the wrong place
But if i lose weight before i hang myself will that prevent the rope from breaking?

You need a strong rope regardless your weight. Find something at least 1/2 inch in diameter. It will feel better and should hold at least 2000 pounds.

Well i kinda have a wooden beam in my closet and it can hold me (I did a pull up on it) and i have a belt all i need to do is stick my head through but i wanna make sure i die, I don't know what's the sweet spot to die
