I wanted to give a little detail to inform others where I could but last night I wasnt in the right headspace.

David took Buccanestem (excuse spelling) as he felt he couldn't wait for his meto to arrive. He read on the forum that he had to take 5 of them, and this were tablets that you put between your teeth and your gums and they dissolve there. This seemed to cause a great deal of difficulty, possibly as the lack of drinking would lessen the saliva in the mouth. It eventually took 90 minutes for this process to take place during which time he became anxious that his schedule was being interrupted. He said they were bitter but easy enough to take - it was just the time it took for them to dissolve. Once they had gone he immediately took a dose of milk of magnesia. He mixed his sn 25 minutes later and said it dissolved very quickly and easily. He took 20g. He swallowed it with a straw and one go. He had the retching sensation whilst swallowing but was able not to retch or vomit. His only complaint was that it was salty. He laid down in bed immediately. He said he felt calm and peaceful, but began to worry around 15 minutes that he hadn't taken enough. He spoke of numb hands, feeling cold, a racing heart, feeling dizzy and then felt as though he was unable to move. He knew he was losing consciousness but couldn't wait for it to happen. He had a final wave of nausea but it passed, he didnt vomit at all and at no time did he complain of any pain. He was just concerned that he hadn't taken enough for it to work and was desperate for it to work. All in all it seemed very peaceful and his last response was 25 minutes after he swallowed the sn. That was the longest 25 minutes of my life!

I only knew him for a brief time but he was desperate to leave this life, and I really hope he has found what he was looking for.

I knew how much he wanted it - he was to be my partner but my plans are today and he couldn't wait and didnt have the money to get to meet up anywhere. The harrowing thought was that once he had become unresponsive he was laying in his place 'dead' waiting until someone would find him yet he had no one to find him. He sent emails for 11am this morning but thats hours he was laying there and that played on my mind a lot last night. From what I know, his emails should have alerted someone and he should have been found by now and hopefully his body is being treated with the respect it deserves, but yes. It was not pleasant. I have had people offer to go through it with me tonight and I love them for it knowing how hard it is.

Thankyou. Yes he and I had discussed partners, and there is someone else on here that we was all possibly going to partner up but it hasn't worked out with timings etc and it is my plan to CTB tonight.

Is your date today because of your friends passing last night or were the dates planned before? either way if you do go through with it i wish you peace.
I had planned Monday gone but waited for other members as potential partners. I was then looking at yesterday but someone made a suggestion at a last ditch attempt. I thought it wouldnt work but I tried it anyway. It hasn't worked so now I am looking at tonight. I am in a hotel and have to check out by Friday so it was always going to be this week anyway.

Holy shit he passed away?

Jeez that's one thing about this site that is hard to get over. You see a turnover of users because so many people ctb. People who you used to regularly see make posts, who were alive human beings.

May you both be lifted up.

Normally, I would encourage you to take some time to be good to yourself today since you've been something so traumatic. In this case, I guess that advice doesn't really hold up.

I'll be keeping you in my thoughts throughout the night and hoping that you meet @davidlynchfan666 soon.

@Lostnotfound I am deeply sorry for your lose. But on the other hand i'm glad David is free. I'm sorry if this is a bad time to ask but.. what is your plan? I see your booked a hotel room. Is there something in place that some maid will not come in and find your body?

It is a shitty hotel - Ive been here 3 weeks. There is no maid. I am booked until Friday so I will be found on Friday unless I rebook and then I wont be found until a revised check out date. At the moment I am taking the meds to get my BP down to an acceptable level so I can take the SN. I guess I am about an hour and a half away and no partner has come forward so there is no reason to delay

To be honest i hope a reason does come to delay your CTB. I also hope that things change around in your life to make it worth living. Are you going by Stans Guide of the PPH?

If this makes you uncomfortable don't answer.

Hey I looked at a few of your posts and noticed that you're using milk of magnesia and David did too.
What is the milk of magnesia for?

I am also using SN and meto as my method, so I'm curious what the milk of magnesia is for.

I am no authority on this and someone may come along and say I'm wrong - more than happy for those that know better to answer but my understanding is that the acids in the stomach slow down/prevent the effectiveness of the SN. Milk of magnesia reduces the acids and so speeds up the process - thats the theory. It is in one of the guides on here ... search milk of magnesia and one of them tells you the proper name for it and what other antacids work. Thats about all I know
