Help Right knot for hanging??(I read the threads)

I don't know what the best knot for partial suspension hanging is?

I've heard a slipknot but there are 50 different kinds online. And another worry I have is that, couldn't the slipknot be undone due to the body shaking during death, resulting in the slipknot loosening and slipping out and you on the floor with brain damage??


Can someone please help? I have read many threads and couldn't find the answer. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

Yes, I've seen that video too.

I still don't know about the knot though...Hopefully someone with experience will see this thread.

Slip Knot

The one in this video seems alright, but I am worried like I said above. Would it be possible for it to come undone if the body shakes violently???
