Hey all,

It's time for me to leave and finally go with it, using the sn method, i will carry this in vehicle, was thinking about doing it in hotel but decided to opt out of it and just do it in vehicle.

Here is my protocol for the last time (sn consume date is sunday night 09/12/2024 at aprox. 01:00 to 03:00) :
Local time: saturday 00:42 (12:42 a.m), as of writing this.

tomorow once i wake up around 08.000 (8a.m), i will start fasting, no food, ocassionaly couple of sip of water only and very light snacks if i really needed.

sunday at 08:00 (08/12/2024), is the start date of my protocol
- 08:30 (meteclopramide) 10mg - ae for prep for sn
- 14:00 (metoclopramide) 10mg | (Valium) 2x 10mg - ae for prep for sn and benzo anxiety
- At this point start cleaning stuff and write email, and an delay post here on ss, and delayed emails to local officers for the location of the car, and couple other people, also a suicide note for my family
- 20:00 (meteocloramide) 2x 10mg | 2x oxycodone sr (slow release) 10mg for the pain
- 23:00 (metoclopramide) 10mg | (Valium) 2x 10mg - ae for prep for sn and benzo anxiety

crucial point in term of timing at this point:
Will leave the house as soon as possible without any suspicion, to an secluded place, and take everything i need with me that i need

Once arrived::
- between 01:00 and 01:30 take 3g of oct painkillers paracetemol, and hopefully the effect of the oxycodone will start to kick in that i took 5 hours earlier.
at this point i have 1 hours to drink the sn.

- 01:30, take 2x antacid and open music for listening, also take betablocker, dont know how much , so probably x2 20mg of them, dont want to overdue things.
- 01:50 Prepare sn in a 50ml water
- 02:00 Prepare the pills solutions, Oxycodone 20mg, Valium 50x10mg, small amount of oxezepam 1x 50mg
before the last 30 minutes, relax my mind, keep it under control, thinking about why i'm even doing this, reflect back, keep my si under suspression, keep my mind comptely blank.
- 02:30 have moutwash ready and some mint, for the taste, drink sn and also drink the pill solution right after, will aslo have a bucket ready so not to make the car too smelly

Pull the car chair back, close eyes, relax, focus on the music be somewhere else entirely in my mind.

This as my protocol, i might do couple small changes but but should be fine as it is.

I will keep this thread updated, as i go through the process, as a closing note, i know i was not very active in the forum but i did know couple of people here those that often posts.
I want to thank everyone, and this site.

I will keep this thread updated, however at the point of consuming the sn i will log out.

My death date is 09/12/204 very early in the morning, 03:00 to 03:30 is my guess

Currently in the hotel room, i overslep a bit, so had 40 minutes to get everything ready, but all is fine, currently sitting and arranging thing, only thing i forgot is cups, so i have to ask the receptionist to get two of them :)

I doesnt feel like i'm about to change my mind, all the preparation let to this, would be a waste otherwise. I'm scared but yea thats normal.
