There's no alternative to A. You should look into how strict the customs services in your country is. A ships from Mexico, which is a country that is blacklisted by many customs services, meaning that they'll prioritize inspecting packages arriving from there. In certain countries there's a decent chance that it'll slip through, in other countries you are almost certainly throwing your money away.

I've never heard anyone who has received their packages from A claim otherwise. I also know that he uses a Mexican tracking service for his shipments. Therefore his packages must either be sent from or rerouted through Mexico.
