• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Well my adhd and depression makes me so unfocused and distracted.
I am in this job since last 9 months and still i am making silly mistakes. It is so unacceptable to myself.
For focus i tried atomoxetine, bupropion, venlafaxine, levomilnacipran and what not .
I also tried methyl phenidate. I am not sure if it helped with focus but my memory was shit on it .
And thanks to being born in my country there are no adderall or vyvanse available.
Wish i could focus normally.

It must be really tiring and frustrating being in that situation, it certainly is such a cruel world that we exist in where people have to suffer all through no fault of their own. But anyway, I hope that you find relief from what you are going through.

at 29 it got so bad that i couldn't even do the most basic tasks at my job, like counting several items in several rows, forgetting extremely important things, 3 weeks later i got fired, the next year i got diagnosed with ADHD and started Ritalin, it worked like magic, i started a new job and excelled at it

What job are we talking about here? For many fields it isn't uncommon that there is a learning curve of a year of more. Especially complex systems.

Either way you can look into modifinil, it will help you with your concentration problems.

Try a stress ball maybe? Kinda sounds dumb but it might help a little. Also maybe try researching into other methods of fidgeting that would help you stay focused, maybe even chewing gum. It must feel pretty tiring for you and I hope the best.
