It only happened today so no videos yet, although the chance of him jumping being caught on cam is small. It probably wasn't Putin cause every time Putin makes a successful kill he celebrates by riding around Moscow half naked on that bear's back, whipping everyone who comes in the way. And that hasn't happened.
