Reducing Trauma for Police

Title tells most. How would you reduce the trauma for the cops who find your body? In this scenario, it's hanging. Pillowcase over the head, maybe? About all that I've thought of.

Honestly I don't think it is possible. But I also think they generally see things way worse than a hanged body. I'm going to use SN but gonna put a paper in the door saying something like "please be careful, dangerous chemicals inside, use mask and gloves" but they will have to see my semi-putrefied body one way or another...

Notes on the door to warn them what to expect. Mine would more likely be SN so- warn them it's a suicide via SN. Warn them not to handle any powder/ liquid left- I might provide gloves even. Warn them my corpse might look blue/ grey in colour.

I want to put down thick plastic to catch any mess and hopefully make clean up/ removal easier. I'll need to work out something with keys too- so they don't have to break down the door.

I want to apologise to them in the note that they are having to deal with this. That I would have chosen assisted suicide in a clinic if it had been available. I even thought about leaving them some money but, I don't know that they could take it. I do feel really bad about it but then, we're kind of backed into a corner.
