Resource Recovering from Sn

Today a talked with a guy who works in the meat industry, he told me two advice when you get intoxicated by sn, by touching it or swallow it. The advice was:

Do a low exercise routine, like run, walk in a low rhythm. But ¿Why? It could help you because, the sn produces a low income of oxygen, so makin exercise could help to clean your circulation system. In a second way it will hyperventilate your system, but here's the key, if you do to much (hard) exercise, you'll consume the last reserve of oxigen in your system, instead, doing low exercise will help to restore part (half) of it.

So if someone feels insecure of his/her choice after drinking sn. Between 15 to 25 minutes will be the moment (if I'm not wrong) to start doing exercise. But it depends in you and how fast your body will transform sn into methaemoglobin.

What the heck? Either your friend is terribly equivocated, or they referred to a regular SN poisoning dose which shouldn't surpass 3 grams and is much more easier to recover from than a deliberate suicide attempt. If someone plans to ctb with SN and is not exactly sure they want to die or just wants to call attention they should have methtlene blue in handy to cure the methemoglobinemia induced by SN. Exercise is not going to help. Plus, after 15 minutes you'd be likely to be unconscious if you had taken the right dose. Plus two, SN does not become methemoglobin. Sorry to say but that is all wrong.

Okey, is just a recomendation. Today I've swim and it helped me a lot. Maybe it will not be instantly, but an hour walking could be the minimum action someone can do to stay barely stable. When I went to the hospital, one of their first actions was putting me on a treadmill

Weren't you the one who took Nitrate/extremely low purity SN? Because, to my knowledge, a person that took 15 grams of PURE SN would be barely able to stand up after a few minutes, let alone do exercise.

Yeah, pretty much what they said. You took a sub-lethal dose of nitrate apparently. If you had taken pure SN as in nitrite you wouldn't be alive to tell us about it now.
