So I experience tinnitus, diffculty walking and sleep problems. How do you think is it possible that small SN dose like 1-3 gramm can fuck you up?

You also took an OD amount of a medication at the same time. How can you be certain that it's SN which caused the problems and not the medication? I think you may need to see a doctor to confirm or rule out either of those substances as the cause.
