I think it means right before. Not sure but it's used a lot. Or you can follow the 48 hour schedule

It's actually one tablet every 8 hours starting 48 hours in advance according to the ppeh. But Ive seen slightly different protocols elsewhere. I'll be taking N myself soon so I've been doing a lot of research. I'm so terrified of falling. As we all are

don't forget that it also depends on how many mg the tablet has! "one tablet" can have different dosages!

Do you or does anyone else know if you are meant to take the light snack before you take the stat dose of 30mg anti emetics,
or after you take them .??
if anyone can clarify this it would be helpfull .
what would the correct timescale be ? for the snack and the meto before N

I read a light snack prior helps the absorption of the N but doesn't say if it's before or after the meto
