Recent study said that flax or linseed contain cyanide of high level...can someone do more research on it

You actually can die from flax seeds, but you will have to eat about 100 kg of it. Same as with apple seeds or pear seeds. The quantity makes it dangerous. And you need to crush them up, otherwise they just go through your digestive system
