This is terrible. I don't understand why anyone would do that. It's painful to watch. You could see the blood splatter while the cop was hitting him....
The cop was held accountable only because of they were investigating his drug dealing activities and stumbled upon this video on his phone.
Like he broke the guys eye socket bone.. and nobody did nothing about it.
If i'm correct then yes, but not sure.He was bleeding :( is this a recent video?

I try to see the good in people, and I truly want to believe that nobody can be this coldhearted. I'm still trying to make sense as to why someone in a position of power can be so hateful. He's a police officer; he's supposed to be keeping people safe. This is just a speculation, but I think something awful happened to him on the job, and, as repulsive as it is, this is how he copes with the trauma. He needs help.Posted 4 days ago... If by help you mean inserting a large pole into his backside, then absolutely. I'm tired of these incorrigible assholes with a chip on their shoulder, trying to mouth off behind the safety of the badge to impress their loser cop buddies. This isn't trauma, it's pure evil.I try to see the good in people, and I truly want to believe that nobody can be this coldhearted. Honestly, I don't necessarily like cops but I see thier necessity in society. This cop was an absolute asshole for doing what he did, especially to someone who most likley already had a low self esteem to start with. What made it worse was that smile the officer with the camera was doing, like he's doing a favor for the community.Ugh, this is just cold-hearted and I'm glad that the cop got charged and sentenced to more than five years in prison. Cops like him give all the other cops a bad name.
Nop! This cop is 100% sack of garbage.this is how he copes with the trauma

It here nothing anybody can do to help him? Given his age, I understand that it may be too late for him. As much as want to I hate the man, all I can feel is sorrow, both for the patient and the cop.Nop! This cop is 100% sack of garbage.
He was stealing drugs from crime scenes, to resell.
That is why he is going to prison.
Nothing redeemable about him.
I hope he goes to a prison with hardened criminals.
When the hardened criminals learn of what he has done, he will not live long.
Good riddance!

This is what we citizens have allowed, that those we fund with our tax dollars get to break the law indiscriminately and be protected while doing it. We're enabling this.
You are a better person than me!As much as want to I hate the man, all I can feel is sorrow
Then why do I feel worthless all the time..? ):You are a better person than me!
I congratulate you on that. :)
As much as I would like to somehow reverse all of this, I do not think it is possible to go back to our primitive ways before the abomination of organized modern society. Humans, by nature, are social animals. We learn from history that we can achieve more when we cooperate with one another. Given a group of anarchists, there will always be a leader - whether formal or informal - and he/she assumes responsibility for the community, and gains influence by means of rationality, patriarchy, or charisma. Overtime, this community will establish some sort of government. Although I agree with you that we, as a society, allowed this to happen, I posit that seeking leadership is an innate part of us. We need guidance, a will to live, and people to learn from, even if all of it is an illusion. This is what we citizens have allowed, that those we fund with our tax dollars get to break the law indiscriminately and be protected while doing it. We're enabling this.
Sadly, there exists a social contract between the members of civil society and the government entity. With reference to that contract, we can assume the exchange between citizens and government exists by way of a two way street. The members of society surrender certain rights to the governmental institutions by means of taxation, which ultimately provides funding for the federal agencies. In return, those agencies - to maintain order - provide to the citizens protection to their remaining civil rights, distributing those liberties as widely as possible relative to the amendments delineated in the Constitution.SCOTUS ruled 2005 that US police EVERYWHERE do NOT have any constitutional duty to protect citizens. No one cared. We got the government we allowed.
we can't sort out all the bad ones so we either live with them or completely live without police. dunno how anarchy would end up, guess we have to drink the less bitter poison for the greater good or some shit like that
Evil is exactly what is - it is inexcusable and makes me so angry. Unfortunately I have dealt with the police A LOT. No, not for MAJOR crimes or anything, but I've had a lot of car accidents, I have been arrested, and here if you call for ambulance (or someone calls to try to have you committed, or you call the paramedics if you feel suicidal, but don't want to actually do it) the police show up first. Any time I had a "mental health emergency," they were unbelievably nice. Even when I was in a pretty bad accident that was eventually deemed my fault, the cop was telling me not to worry, it was a bad intersection, and other stuff to calm me down. Now as a rule, I would rather not deal with them and have had them be really nasty when they've pulled me over. But this is unbelievable. Yes, this is so evil it's unreal. I hope he gets charged with assault in addition to his other charges, but I think the police are like education. It's all who you know.If by help you mean inserting a large pole into his backside, then absolutely.
