Discussion Ratchet strap, Hanging or SN

I will ctb in the wilderness, what method would you choose?
Do you consider the ratchet strap method more peaceful than hanging?

In the wilderness I'd go for SN. You won't be found and you'll likely lose consciousness quickly. Ratchet strap you have to get perfect for it to work. Hanging full suspension sounds painful and partial takes some practise.

Ctb in the woods is my plan as well. I'd rather someone else find my body than my family.

If no one finds it for a long time it is going to decompose and your family will be desperately searching for you

Ratchet seems alot more peaceful than hanging because you dont have to be tied up and dangling, you can just lay down in bed and do it. My problem was that i was doing it way too slowly and psyched myself out. Once you feel those tingling lips and sinking feeling in your stomach, crank that ratchet and dont leave a split second for apprehension.

My intention is to not be found until it's way, way to late. I'd be happy if they found nothing of me remaining but my bones.

I have the right place, enough quiet but non too much.

And if, for strange reasons, i won't be found, not a problem honestly.
