for those that smoke weed, do you come to an understanding of your circumstances to commit cbt while high or try to forget/tune out the circumstances? Just curious to hear your thoughts…

I fear to CTB much more when i'm high than when sober.

not much of a smoker here but i do indulge (and drink) periodically, but i will avoid getting high/drunk for 2-4 weeks before i ctb. this is to make sure of my decision and to be physically prepared for it.
