Help Radio tower.

Has anybody looked into climbing a radio tower and jumping off? Like what kind of security they have/what are the risks?

People occasionally try to climb cell phone towers. I think trying to climb a radio tower would be a risky endeavor.

I never thought about these towers. I think it would not be nice to climb too high to not be electrocuted, as they said, but from what I see here, they all stay in buildings, I do not know how you would get to one of them.

I have access to multiple very tall radio towers. Don't know what you mean by stay in buildings

I'm aware of rf burns, but is it bad enough to prevent climbing up?

here they are in restricted areas. I think "building" had a different meaning

The brother of a classmate of mine in college killed himself by jumping from a radio tower. The security is quite poor where I live.

I might suggest a fire tower, aka a fire lookout tower. Many are abandoned and typically are out in remote areas, with little to no security. The height of a given tower varies. Each county in a state will likely have multiple lookout towers, situated in locales with high local elevation and a reasonable amount of woodland.

Found one, but it's the same height as a nearby cliff.

Getting a list of fire towers in your state isn't terribly hard to do, although the height of each is a bit harder to come by.
