You know that notorious SN death in the media, that got this website a little notoriety. Just curious as i noticed it said she followed a THREE day regimen, is there any benefit of doing an extra day of meto- or was this just bad/ false reporting? if i only wanna do it once, i wanna get it as guaranteed as possible ya know, thks

So I actually considered doing 3 days or upping the dose on the 2nd day to 20-20-30 b/c I also just want to do it ONCE. Everytime I read someone's goodbye thread and see "i think i'm going to vomit" (which to be fair, is not often), I get a knot in my stomach. I just really wanna feel like the meto got a chance to work and doing it for 1 extra just feels better (I have no scientific or reasonable proof for this, just emotional). Maybe those were her thoughts? Maybe she had a sensitive stomach and wanted to be sure? If someone told me all you gotta do is drink SN and you're dead, no chance of vomiting, I wouldn't be here right now.

I'm not really certain that another day would make anything other than a marginal difference. Meto is not supposed to be a long lasting drug. It's not like your body gets used to it.

Maybe I'm wrong.

3 day regimen? I was assuming it was 2 days meto, and day 3 was meto along with the rest, + SN. With or without the regimen, it's still pretty effective. There's people that haven't taken other things with the SN (not recommended though.) and have passed, people that have taken everything as instructed and have vomited, but still pass. As long as you follow the instructions for the most part, you are bound to find peace at the end of the tunnel. Especially when it's 20-25g of SN. That's overkill.

I don't know anything about what she did, but I do know 3 days probably is not wise. It won't add any benefit, but it will provide more opportunity for bad side effects. Meto isn't meant to be taken long term, and while 3 days isn't really long, it does amount to a lot of drugs.

Just stick to the established guidelines.
