I took 9.2 grams of it and survived, horrific pain in the head for hours, not peaceful at all, overnight stay in the hospital, took my bloods, completely fine the next day x.
I don't know about lethality, but I took it once after my psychiatrist prescribed it. Woke up in the middle of the night in a super cold sweat, collapsed on my way to the bathroom. That was 1 25mg tablet.
But like the above said, I don't think that means anything for OD'ing. I think it's just a strong drug.
I've read about it since I take it and thought about overdosing. Quetiapine is a safe drug I've read, overdose risk is low. If you overdose tho your heart is at risk, if noone finds you maybe you'll die but in great pain...maybe for days. In itself this drug can affect the heart and cause qt prolungation, if you overdose you may risk surviving with damages.
This med was prescribed to help me sleep. I no longer sleep like normal. I have never had any problem with weight and am thin build. This stupid crap made me gain 5 pounds in under a week, so I quickly stopped taking it. The 5 pounds went away.
