Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is the scar noticeable and do people comment on it? Also, how did it affect your hand function if it did at all?

My scars are noticable. More on one side than the other. After 2 years they are a little less noticable. No one has noticed. I usually wear a bracelet on one wrist to hide it.

I've slit my arm a year and a half ago and the scar is still very visible. I've also cut my hand badly because someone stopped me from cutting so she took the knife away and and I tried to get it back by taking the sharp side of the knife. I didn't get treated because it happened in Mexico. So I've bled for hours and eventually the wound on the hand got infected. 3 days later when I arrived in my country I went to the hospital and they treated the wounds. It took a month to heal properly and I got lucky because the infection went away with the right medication. I plan on getting a tattoo that covers the scar so people stop asking questions about it.

I haven't used cutting as a suicide method, but I've been battling a self-harm addiction for many, many years. The scars on my wrists are still noticeable to a degree but my hands and arms still function just fine. As for questions, I don't get too many of them. Most people just stare but know better than to say anything. If a person does ask about them, I just say that my scars are from a time when I was struggling but I'm better now (which is completely false, I just moved to diffeerent parts of my body that are more concealed. I am far from okay. I lie so they don't have to worry about me).
