What is the first thing that I should feel when I have slightly compressed the arteries and what should I feel then? ( Need more information if I'm doing it right or wrong)
Can I practice it with my hands too?
How do you make sure your padding stays on the right place?
(Tape them in place/ or do you fix their positioning slightly after the ratchet is getting tighter)
Is it okay if the ratchet is in the front instead of the back of my neck?
I'll come back later and might add some questions.
I have a slim ratchet strap maybe like 2,5 centimeters, should I get a wider one?
Thx for your replies SS.
(Apple is for scale)

When I have the ratchet quite tight around my neck I only get the feeling of a exploding head.
Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Should I feel something else.
Thx for your replies.
