Questions about SN regime and new method

So I'm unsure of when I'm gonna go. All I know it's getting closer and I decided to prepare myself. I couldn't find SN regime with dimenhydrinate and I'm not sure about taking famotidine as an antacid.

Also, does anyone know if injecting solution of 30x200mg pills of ibuprofen in 60ml of alcohol is a good method?

Is this SN regime good enough? It's based on Stan's Guide and PPH Essentials.

14:00pm take 20mg famotidine and fast
10:00pm take 20mg famotidine and 50mg dimenhydrinate
11:00pm take 600mg ibuprofen or 1000mg paracetamol
11:20pm take 50 mg dimenhydrinate
12:00am drink 25g of SN dissolved in 25-50ml of water
